Tier 2 = Member pays $20 or less
Tier 3 = Member pays $50 or less
Tier 4 = Member pays a special discounted price
 
For additional convenience and even greater savings, order your maintenance medications from our mail order pharmacy program. You can order up to a 90-day supply of your medications for one low price from our US mail order pharmacy.
